Bee and Gene Raymond, 329 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to install a fence with arbor at the side of the house as part of required fencing for pool. Other new hardscape additions will not be visible from the public way. 7:10 P.M. Town of Hingham/Trustees of the Bathing Beach, 95 Otis Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to install 6 ft. high PVC fence on 3A side of bathhouse to conceal HVAC units and trash. Color gray to match the building. 7:20 P.M. Town of Hingham/Trustees of the Bathing Beach, 95 Otis Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to install a ground mounted sign and additional lighting. 7:30 P.M. 6 Station Street, LLC; 6 Station Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to install fabric awnings on retail space windows; and for 3 business signs: 2 wood signs on the North Street side of the building, and 1 sign either wood or MDO on the rear of the building. 7:45 P.M Bill and Molly Sellers, 51 Pleasant Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to construct a 2 story addition to the rear of the house and a farmer’s porch on the front and side elevations; and to install a patio at the rear of the house. .
